I just had a new 540i test car with GPs. After playing with it for 15 minutes, I thought it was stupid. After living with it for a week and really figuring it out, I have to admit it is a pretty cool toy.
Although having just restored my E12, I got to wondering. In 20 years, how in then hell would I restore a broken GPS on a 540I. Bad enough trying to get all my door locks to work on my E12!
As for the 540i, it is awful strong... but, it has a smaller trunk than my E12 and the seats are not as comfortable as my E30 M3 seats.
