I've had a little experience with power steering pumps and I can say that you probably don't want to try to rebuild the pump yourself. If it's leaking then the bearings may be going south also. I think you would be much happier with a reman unit that you know won't leak and has a warranty. It's certainly more expensive but trying to rebuild one of these things is such a PITA! Good luck!
