If the engine runs well under full-throttle, it is most likely a vacuum leak. When your right foot is all the way down, the WOT (Wide Open Throttle) switch is closed. This allows the injection computer (ECU) to go to a "full rich" mixture for maximum power. So if part-throttle acceleration causes a miss and full-throttle doesn't, it usually means the mixture is too lean except at full-throttle.
You need to thoroughly investigate vacuum leaks: hoses, brake booster, etc.
