Unfortunately, there are a few more things that can wear out. I'd check the following.

1. The rear subframe mounts. Remove the nut and washer and see if they are cracked inside.
2. The rear differential mount. It could be the problem, or if you drive really hard, it could have pulled the bolt right out the trunk floor.
3. If there is no other "clunk", say over bumps, then you can ignore the upper shock mounts.
4. Axle-shafts.
5. Wheel bearings.
6. How much do you know about that differential?
