Just to clarify, this is the part you used in your E12?
It shows E24 and E28 fitment.

DIY - Turn Signal / Parking Lamps with Euro Bumper install.

When doing the side marker / turn signal delete and the Euro Bumper install on 1st 5er I discovered an issue I wanted to address. The issue was that the Euro turn signals were just that, turn signals with no provision for parking lights. Here's what I started with, the stock Euro turn signal housing...

I'm in process of the same swap.
I've got an '88 735, M30B35, sitting in my driveway. It's the donor.
I'll have one other step though after the motor swap, and that's adding a turbo. It is in transit.

If it's the 265, drop the tranny first and then the bellhousing.
That's what worked for me.
I do have the extensions and wobbleys though.
