Thanks man. I bought substitute connectors and some wire from Radio Shack two weeks ago (approx) but Im so reluctant to snip the originals. Bought the passenger door harness online from an early 7 series and was hoping to get lucky at least with the connectors. I'll wait another week before taking t...

Hello again all, Looking for the middle harness that connects the driver side mirror to the passenger mirror. There's three harnesses in total. I need the middle one (I think it runs behind the dash.) If the harness isnt accessable I can use the male connectors on both ends that snap into the door h...

Timing Mark M30b35 (e32 7series)
Hello All, I,m preparing an e32 engine for transplant in my e12. Whie I had the timing covers off for painting, new gaskets and seals etc, I reinstalled the 32mm crankshaft nut just for storage (hardly tight). In removing this nut to re-install the timing covers its probable that the timing chain sk...

e34 535 upgrade exhaust question
Hi all. Whats the easiest and least expensive exhaust set up to use with an e34 535 upgrade for the e12. Mostly interested in stock performance. I plan to include a catalytic conv. Didn't find the answer in the archives.
Any thoughts welcome.
Thanks.

3.5L / Motronoc upgrade
I'm upgrading with the e34 535 motor and motronics including wiring harness with diagnostic port from donor e34. Presuming the e34 has on dash check engine displays etc, where would we get our warnings/reminders on the e12 which has no display? 00=[]=00 Regards!
