If I remember correctly there is a fuse for the fuel pump. Did you check that?

I have a reoccurring issue with my high beam fuse. It gets very hot and tends to melt/distort the torpedo fuse and also loosens the cradle that holds the fuse firm, eventually leading to a contact issue.
