yes, loads of pics and clear how the spring is attached to one side, but there`s no way I can get it to hold any position on my car. I suspect my spring is either not correct or not complete or damaged... I did find a spring with partnr. online and real oem says it should be correct for both series ...

The spring on side mount door is a little different, as is the door. I might try drinking a bunch of German beers, then try my luck again...

I can`t figure out how to position the spring of the fuel door on my `76... :shock: Looks like that`s the one piece I didn`t take pics of when I unbolted it from the car and I can`t find it in the blue book or the internet... I would be really helped with a picture , even if there`s just a glimps of...
