Re: Electrical Drain Problem
Greetings all, When I tried starting my E12 this weekend, I found my battery was mostly dead. Hmmm . . . battery voltage was 12.01, usually should be 12.7-ish. Took the regulator assy off the alternator to see if the brushes were short. They seemed fine -- no over heating blemishes either. Measured...

AFM calibration instructions
<Posted this in another thread , but wanted to post again in it's own thread.> I threatened several months ago to post this, but never got around to it (sorry, Peter!). This is an AFM calibration instruction document I got from Metric Mechanic over ten years ago, and have their permission to post it...

At this point, it...

'Rattle'
Perfect timing (pun intended) - I now have developed the rattle of a converter going. So - what are my options? Put in a new one? Replace it with a piece of pipe? I have no smog restrictions in this state, so other than the 'green factor', opinions regarding options are welcome!

Re: It just dies
Thanx for all of your help, Peter! Guys, I just had my engine rebuilt, as you know. Now, it just dies while driving, then maybe in 3 to 5 seconds it comes alive again. The first time was on the freeway coming home from San Diego. Then again, and again yesterday. What are the differant sensors invol...
