Hey Greg...I put sea foam in and it didn't do a thing.

I haven't removed the injectors.

The one I swapped does have points. The other is as you stated earlier - petronix. Also have two coils and swapped. Same thing.

Just purrs at low rpms and starts right up but rev him past 2500 or 3000 or try to pass a slow driver on 405 and thats not gonna happen!

Exactly what you are describing cb. I hold down accelerator and it hits about 2500 to 3500 rpm and seems to surge or miss or likes its having a hard time breathing but it goes back to same rpm just won ...

So can't be fuel pump (purchased unfortunately).

it won't rev past 2500 rpm without kicking down. I can rev higher past it but it chokes again. This happens in neutral or driving.

Sorry I stand corrected. When I rev it in neutral / park it stutters as well.

If I am in park or neutral it revs very high with no hiccups. Stutter seems to happen when I try to push him to speed a tad faster than normal. Honestly I putter around the streets at 40 and let him increase without much on the pedal. No issues when driving this way. The minute I try to floor it ...

New fuel pump (well within the last 6 months)...Can't hurt other than the price. I'll try that.
