Ok, I check the speedometer box under the front rail, I pushed the button to reset it, but to no change. I did it with the car running, and engine off with key on, and with the key off.
do you know if the single wire to the o2 sensor should have 12v. going to it perhaps i can test it?

O2 Sensors problem

So after a few month of having the O2 sensors light come i decided to replace it.
But after replacing the oxygen sensor i still have the light come on when it warms up, then it will shut off, but it stay mostly on, not sure what else could affect the O2 sensor.
has this happen to any one?

If you want the aux fan to come on near midpoint on the temp gauge, you actually need the 82C version of that same switch. I've calibrated midpoint on the T gauge to be about 80C. The 82C switch part number might be in my cooling system FAQ. If not, I've sourced it through places like BavAuto or BM...

Doe anyone know the 2 temp switches part #'s on the radiator. I am not able to locate them on the realoem.com Also is the lower Temp switch 91° (which is mostly use to drain the radiator) and the one about mid height on radiator is 99°. I believe the PO used an incorrect relay that could have burnt ...

the rear bumper is fairly easy to bolt up, just need to sawzall the two tab at the rear. I used the plastic washer 51-12-5-670-140 I bought that from www.bmwpartssource.com, $ 3.78... for anyone that is having the same kind of issues. the battery drainage was due to a relay that was for the stage I of the aux fan for the a/c. PO had put the wrong relay, it was for a later car with ABS. The other issue i was having, after shutting down the engine and turning the key in position 1 ...

after reviewing your post, I was able locate it on the wiring diagram. stage I relay is connect to fan motor and then connect to Stage II relay. I changed the relay (I believe the PO had replaced it with the wrong relay), and noticed the draw dropped drammaticlly.. Still need to change the ignition ...
