How to adjust front head restraints?

I can't remember how this is done. There is a black plastic button high up the seat's side. Do I press this and pull up on the headrest? Just can't remember. Thanks.

Yes and sometimes they're a little sticky. May have to pull or push with authority.

Thanks, strangely enough the handbook mentions about adjusting the headrests, even says you can adjust the headrest angle on Euro 528s, but doesn't explain how to do it. They don't even show or mention the side button.
