Fuel line woes!

I'm getting ready to replace my radiator, but while I have the car down, my '76 530i, I planned on getting rid of all those leaky fuel injector lines. I have one of the fuel logs and fuel pressure reg. from an '80 or '81. Can I use my existing injectors? And the biggy, what else should I do while I'm in there? This is the car I am planning to sell, but I like things right! Thanks, Jamie
