intro and wiring questions

well let me start off and say hello I'm new here. i bought a 76 530i about a year ago found it in a field had to have it. i love bmw's it is not my first. i have 5 of them.

so I'm hoping i can get some info on where i can find wiring diagrams for my e12 I'm going to be resurrecting the car from its 23 year old grave and mice where not nice to the wires. i will be doing a full restoration on her.

i need engine wiring diagrams lighting diagrams basically any wiring diagrams i can get would be great

The Haynes manual has good wiring diagrams but is out of print. Sometimes they pop up on ebay. If you don't have any luck I could scan it for you. The Haynes manual for these cars is pretty good, unlike later ones.

The original owners manual has also a wiring diagram in it. At least mine does.
