Anyone been inside panel to fix the slider track - the small wheels that connect to lever and run on track . Wheels broke off and slider will not slide. Does not appear to be repaireable to me. Any one have spare that is for
sale ? Appreceate any feed back. Thanks.
Fresh air vent controls broken 530i
If the wheels are broken off you need new pieces or assembly. I do have a couple but wouldn't be able to ship it off until ~July 20. PM me if you're interested.

If you take out the center vent you can reach in and pull the vent cables open or shut and feel the slider/track. I permanently shut the broken side on mine so the AC would work. I used the front camera on my cell phone to see what was going on in there. You might be able to replace the parts that way too.
