Last question. Did you find a source for that blue connector shell? I sourced black ones only...
Yes...I can get them locally, but they don't want to deal with small phone orders and payments. If you need some, I can get them for you.

I fired it up this weekend and did about 18 miles. What a sweet machine.

I had a few items to iron out, but all simple stuff.

In doing the automatic conversion, I had not yet grounded the starter relay. Easy fix.

My fan clutch seems to be moaning a bit and not hooking up. I ordered a new one.

The steering idle arm bushing is squeaking. I will probably replace it.

The engine is strong and smooth. I need to drive it more for a better report.

Thank you all again.

If you are in the San Francisco CA area....come check it out.

Congrats Blaise! What a labor of love...

I hope to post in my completed elder cousin (the E3) sometime in late April.

Just wondering, earlier in the thread, Peter asked about what injectors you were using and you replied that they were stock M30B35, which they are clearly not because B34/35 injectors use O-ring top feeds, not fuel line. So which injectors are the ones pictured?

Hello all, sorry for my long absence on the list.

I had to get my E12 reviewed and smogged by the California state referee to approve the conversion....life got in the way and I pushed it off for a year and a half or so.

But, I finally went through the process and passed.

So, the car is back on the road and California legal.

Woohoo.
