relays outside fusebox, auxiliary fan and ?

In troubleshooting my auxiliary cooling fan, I found an online manual that said one of the two regular-sized relays between the fuse panel and the coolant tank was the extra fan relay. What is the other one?
Also, when I pulled both relays and examined them, they had different pin-outs. Pins 85 & 86 were on opposite sides on one relay, and on adjacent sides on the other. Checking voltage in the sockets suggest these relays had been in the wrong socket, so I reversed them and my fan works again. So obviously I now want to know what the other one is so that I can verify it is working as it should.
