parking lights always work, but not low beam. I can hear a little click from the relay when i switch on the lights, but not even half as loud as the high beam relay. park lights rear and front is still on when low beam is on. Do I have a broken relay???

check the fuse (and by check I mean rotate it in its holder), that solved my low beam problem

I put the high beam relay into the low beam relay socket, and now it works!
So a relay can be broken also if its clikcing...

And I would suspect that your high beams no longer work with the "bad" relay in the high beam socket.
A relay can click and not work. The click is made when a pivoting arm touches the contact. It's just a remote switch. The two connector can touch but current may not flow through because of multiple reasons, the most common being corrosion on the contact points.
New relays are cheap, or dig through your pile of spare relays. Everyone has a spare pile of a few dozen relays right? No?
