I'm having one heck of a time finding a pair of front Tan Leather Headrests for my e12. I bought it with no headrests. A seller on Ebay swears the headrests from an older model MB 450 or 380 SL will fit. I must admit, the photos look exactly like the ones I used to have in an old 1980 e12 I used to own.
I don't want to risk buying something I cannot return. looks can be deceiving. Some of you guys are familar with old school MB's...Any suggestions or advice is much appreciated. Perhaps you might have a pair in the attic, garage, or basement.

I have a pair of recovered headrests in the lighter pearl beige color from one of my old E28s. You could dye them sand beige pretty easily. They were only in the car for a year or so. They don't have posts on them but you're in luck as I've got a pair of posts...
