Spark plug boots

Post by RandyM »

Hi all, I have the black spark plug boots, not sure about the origin, they click on the plug end but still seem a bit wiggly, floppy. I'm replacing my wires and wondering if i should get the whole works, with ends (the red ones are OEM, correct), or just wire and re-use the ends?

Also just purchased a re-man ICM from motor city reman, $37 reduced from $400, I've seen them as much as $6-700. Too good to be true?

I've seen ignition modules with aftermarket circuit boards in them, when you get yours open it up and look inside. That might be what this one is - same case and plug just modern circuit.
That or they've had it in stock forever and just want to get rid of them.

Ignition

There is a completely new electronic distributor the early Mercedes SL crowd turned me on to. It solves a ton of problems. http://www.123ignition.nl/buy.php

I still like Pertronix
