Thanks for the reply. I've searched a multitude of forums and sites looking for answers. I'm familiar with BMW's but primarily E30's and E36's.
I've cleaned all the grounds and am puzzled because it really seems to be engine temperature related. It runs great when cold but as soon as it comes up ...

Not a "Fiver" but close enough...?
I know this is a 5's board but I was hoping some of you knowledgeable M30 guys might be able to help. I have a 1976 3.0si that is driving me crazy. The car runs fine when it is cold. As soon as it get up to temperature it starts to miss, sputter and backfire.
