help me please window weatherstripping

Hello all and thanks in advance. I have a 1977 530. and Im trying to replace the front and rear door outer weatherstripping. I have what I believe to be the parts I need but how do I attach the second lower brush to the old rubber strip that clamps into the alum. trim. Is there a glue to be used and if so any recommendations would be very helpful. 919-796-2050Thanks so much, Tom in Raleigh NC
