Motronic 1.3 pulse sender (crank position sensor) question

I am in the process of converting to Motronic 1.3, which uses a front engine crank position sensor.

Does anyone know what the proper (spec) distance is from the sensor to the notched wheel? It is adjustable.

The motronic 1.3 system came off of a 1990 735i (E32). I found the E32 manual online, but could not find this information.
