computer for my e12 based '79 633

Does anyone know of a good source for used parts for our cars? The brain box in my '79 633 has gone south and a new one is out of the question....it's either find good a usable computer or start getting serious about another motor, maybe a small block 350. Rather keep it original though.

I might have you covered. I have an old (working) computer from a '79 528i. What's the part number so that I can check whether they are compatible?

There are at least a few of us with a myriad of used parts, just post and you'll probably find it.
