OK, you're in Fla, I'm on the left coast, so it's nothing more than an educated guess. But...
If the system is properly bled, meaning you get hot air out of the heater, I'm guessing a blown head gasket with a warped head and or cracked head. Unless you put so much sealer in there it plugged up the new radiator, I'm guessing head/head gasket. Do try this though, when it's warmed up, good and warm, but doesn't have to be near overheating, shut it off. Then right away, feel the radiator. All over. It should feel hot everywhere. If it has cold spots, suspect the radiator. If it's hot all the way, think engine. Another long shot is it's possible the thermostat is bad, which is rare, but possible. Hope for that, it's an easy fix and only ~$20.
Sorry to say, but my money is on the head/head gasket.

It is a little hot.and the 2 hoses that go inside the cabinet and go to the motor is cold. for me it looks like a clock is inside the motor. The easy way to understand me is that the front to the radiator is hot and the back of the motor is cold. the , raidator, thermostat the water pump is all new THANK YOU I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME WITH THIS SITUATION.

Open your heater control to hot
It will allow the coolant to flow through the heater.
You should feel the hoses and they should be hot.
It is possible that you clogged up the heater core with all that head gasket sealer stuff. I don't recommend any additive of this type generally because it fixes one problem (and it's temporary) and it causes another.
My bet is that the head gasket repair has failed, or the head is cracked.

HEATING PROBLEM WITH MY BMW 528I E12!!!
how much does it cost to repair the head gasket and the head? i want to get an idea. or is it better to get a new motor?
Depends if you're doing the work yourself or not
A shop will charge around $800-$1000 to do a head.
That includes remove head, pressure test, valve job, new gasket set and reinstall.
If you need additional parts, (rocker shafts, rockers, a cam, or a replacement head due to a crack or warpage, cam chain, sprocket and tensioner, cam chain rails, spark plugs, rotor and cap, plug wires, water pump, hoses, belts) that's extra.
I have a complete motor, recently rebuilt, bottom and top, in an 81 I am parting out. $700 for the whole thing. You come and get it in So Cal.
