Replacing valve adjustment eccentric?

What is the procedure?
Is there anything to watch out for when replacing it?
1976 530i. BMW 59 Triumph TR3A(rolling resto). 67 Triumph TR4A(salvageable). 86 900S Winter car

Pretty basic, don't drop anything and don't overtighten that 10MM nut, fine threads strip easily.
