ZF Auto trans filter screen.......

what is used to clean the screen? Is it easy to get out? I'm going to drop the pan to change the rubber gasket.

It's generally just replaced. Generally not expensive although they appear to be hard to find at the moment. Rockauto, if they do in fact have it in stock, has the filter and the gasket almost for free it's so cheap.
