528i engine for sale in Kijiji

Is it worthy to replace my stock 530i from 1975 with 528i 1981 . It is only $50 , I know the seller lockal guy. check this out:

If you need an engine, sure, it would be fine. If you're looking to upgrade, don't bother. The real upgrade is in the newer O2 based FI, not the engine.

Do you know how long is the driveshaft to do the conversion?4 speed to 5 speed?
In centimeters if possible.
I have a 1975 automatic 530 for parts
