Glowe box compartment light not working

I have replaced the lamp inside of glowe box compartment and it is not working. Checked the wirtes and found out that they are not conected under the dashbord. I've tested the instaltion of lamp and it is working. How to connect correctly the wiress?

As I've said one red/white wire is disconected/cut out under the instrument panell.
