Brake fluid

What is capacity for brake/clutch fluid in E12 for complete flush of system. Have had no luck locating this info.
Would like to hear what brands of brake fluid others are using. I know dot 4; but any perils of inside info. Thanks

All it says in the owners handbook and Haynes manual is to go up to the max mark on the reservoir.

I just buy a quart, not one of the 12 oz bottles.
