Power Mirror R&R

My electric side driver's side mirror is pretty sluggish, and only really moves with hand- assistance. Does anyone have any experience R&Ring one of these motors? Thanks in advance.

I've had switch problems, but never mirror problems. So that's the direction I'd look. Does it kind of try to move, at least make some noise? Again, pointing towards the switch. I've R and R'd them a couple of times, taken them apart and cleaned the contact surface with an eraser, then greased to try and prevent corrosion and put them back together. Worked great. Only caveat is to take it apart over a light colored towel or something, there's some small spring loaded parts in there than can dissapear if you're not careful.
