Telling Bilsteins apart

Post by T.Hanson »

As rear Sports are NLA(?), serial #'s hard to find. Ten years ago, did HD's have two perch slots vs. Sports having five ?

Am I asking hard questions, or stupid, am I blackballed ? I'm racking up a string of zero's lately, or replies that say, " Me too."

A BMW parts guy told me lowering springs go with sports only. Fine, save I've had HD's on two cars for ten years, normal street use, no problems. This only because ten years on this board said either was a choice.
