power steering High Pressure hose

My 77 528i has a power steering hose leak- RHD
So I took it off yesterday.
Anyone know how the end couplings are removed from the hose?
does it screw off?

realOEM has this listed as $169 or $624 - hard to tell what no 1 is referring to?

I got quoted over the phone $150-180 to replace hose (reusing my fittings) 30 min wait.
thought I would have a go at removing hose myself - may be able to just get new pressure hosing!
